  • About
One of my greatest pleasures is to experience new tastes and introduce them to others. Thus, I find myself seeking out on my travels ingredients that are rare, unusual, seasonal, typical, regional, and, above all, not available in my local supermarket.
When pressed, I usually put down my hobbies as cooking and travelling, but a closer examination reveals that this includes a tendency to acquire and collect, which is every bit as absorbing and obsessive as other ‘collecting’ hobbies. Although I suppose, if I wanted to be grand, I could call my version culinary research.
