Blimey, where do I start? It’s been about two and a half years since my last book, In the Mood for Food, hit the shelves and in that time I’ve had a little boy (hi, Olly), moved house, moved out of house while nice things are done to it and moved back in. I’ve also been hard at it writing this book, the ‘difficult second album’.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Jo Pratt, a home cook who has been making up recipes for as long as I can remember. (I used to dye mashed potato and wrap it in lettuce leaves - urrggh!)
