Acknowledgements

Behind anyone in a position of prominence are the faceless slaves, the team that makes it all happen, and credit is often denied them. One person cannot do it all alone; he or she sets the standards and ensures they are maintained and, with luck, provides a working environment that is thought-provoking, challenging and creative. I extend a big hand of thanks to our staff, past and present, who have been major players in the success we enjoy, have assumed responsibility and given genuine commitment to our vision, and without whose contribution I could not have survived.
