The long process of making this book coincided with the most challenging physical and mental state I have ever been in in my life, as well as a catastrophic global pandemic, and a brutal war. It is therefore not a cheesy exaggeration to say that without the help of many talented and kind people this book would not be in your hands now. It really did take a village to make Pomegranates & Artichokes.
