Cloverleaf Rolls

Scale the dough into presses of desired size. Divide each piece of dough into 3 equal parts and shape them into balls.

Place 3 balls in the bottom of each greased muffin tin (a). The balls merge as they bake to form a cloverleaf shape (b).
