  • 1 cup dried = 3 cups cooked
  • 1 cup quinoa to 4 cups water
Quinoa has a higher amount of protein than other grains and can be used in the same way as rice.
Wash the grains until the water runs clear. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until the grains are translucent.
Drain using a fine sieve and refresh under cold water. Drain and press gently with a clean tea towel to remove excess moisture. Set aside until ready to use.
