How to Refrigerate Pork

Unwrap meat and rewrap it loosely in waxed paper, clean wrapping paper or foil.
Large pieces (leg, loin, shoulder, etc.) may be kept for 4 to 6 days in the refrigerator; pork chops for 3 days; pork sausage meat and sliced liver, 2 days; minced fresh pork, 1 day only.
