Radishes are a low-calorie energy food, with 1 cup/85 grams sliced table radishes carrying only 20 calories. They contain a fair amount of vitamin C and are rich in vitamin B6, riboflavin, magnesium, copper, and calcium. They are also a good source of ascorbic acid, folic acid, and potassium.
