Tamasin Day-Lewis is a writer and film-maker who has now written more than a dozen books including The Art of the Tart, Tamasin’s Kitchen Bible, Tamasin’s Kitchen Classics, Tarts with Tops On, Good Tempered Food, West of Ireland Summers and Where Shall We Go for Dinner? She has also directed and produced 28 documentaries for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 and hosted two TV cooking series. She appears regularly as a commentator on the radio and writes about the arts for American Vanity Fair. She contributes to numerous magazines and newspapers on subjects related and unrelated to food. She lives mainly in her kitchen, which is in Somerset, County Mayo, London and the houses of her friends, where she usually ends up cooking dinner.
