  • About
There aren’t very many rules here, but there is one that is unchangeable. The main component in the dessert should be named first. The main component is usually the largest component on the plate, dessert, or cake, and it is what the dessert is built around, texture-wise and flavor-wise. If you think of the way ingredients are listed on the back of a box of cookies you buy at the store, they are listed in order of quantity, the first ingredient being the largest quantity, and the last one being the least quantity. That is how you should think of a menu item, as a general parameter.
