In the old days, cod and haddock liver were dinnertime staples, but they’ve become a lot less popular these days. Such a shame! Fish liver is incredibly healthy—the offal contains exceptionally high levels of vitamin A and D, and more omega-3 than any other part of the fish. And it’s tasty, too.
