  • About
Wine cups are coming right back into fashion for serving at summer parties. Besides being cool, fresh and pretty to look at, they are light to drink and you can be generous with the quantities. Though particular wines arc used in these recipes, similar wines are equally suitable. For example, Chablis cup doesn’t have to be made with Chablis; any good dry white wine will do.

Serve a choice of red or white wine cup in tall glass jugs – it’s easier for you to All any empty glasses while you mingle with guests. Jugs are better too for retaining the fruit. The fruit in a wine cup should be there to garnish the contents of the jug and should not be poured into the glasses. Don’t hesitate to serve these wine cups throughout a meal; they are pleasantly informal and relaxing.
