  • About
Food has always been a major part of my childhood growing up in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. I was raised I small neighborhood known as Frangi Pani with my parents and two sisters Tasha and Sade. I was always intrigued from a young age with the traditional foods and traditions of my culture. At first I didn’t understand how to identify with my culture as I’m a born Crucian And I also had ancestry and traditions from Puerto Rico and Vieques. I thought that I’d be led down a path as a historian or English major but food remained a dominant part of my life.
