  • About
This chapter is short, but it’s an important one. I hope that it does its job to show you that there are drink options for everyone in this chapter. There are hot teas and lattes, sparkling drinks and juices.
Often in our day-to-day lives we consume liquids without giving them much thought. These are healthy alternatives to your conventional juices or sodas that are often laden with preservatives, chemicals and sugars. More often than not we feel like we’re choosing a healthier option by opting for diet sodas, but these pseudo-sugars can have an equally harmful effect on the body and are best avoided. Try to create drinks that are more about the flavour rather than simply trying to make something taste good by making it sweet. You’ll find that you need a lot less sugar than you might think.
