Seville Season

The season may be brief (from December to February), but preserved as marmalade, Seville oranges will enhance your breakfast the year round. Seville marmalade is also a fantastic ingredient for cakes, desserts (it's a great alternative to jam in Queen of Puddings) and it can be used to add a bittersweet tang to savoury dishes too, especially duck. Check out the ckbk Consuming Passions feature for more marmalade-making tips.
