Isabel Aspillera

Isabel Aspillera is Founder, Director and Company Secretary of Travel & Tapas Limited. This unique company organises bespoke culinary tours around Spain both for chefs and for enthusiastic food and wine lovers. They introduce visitors to fine-dining restaurants, casual tapas bars and lush vineyards. Both she and her Spanish husband divide their time between Spain, from where they run their successful business, the UK and The Philippines, Isabel’s country of origin. When Isabel has time at home she indulges her passions for cooking and reading cookbooks from the Philippines and other countries. She is much travelled and enjoys tasting local dishes wherever she visits. Isabel collects antique furniture and Oriental porcelain and is also interested in interior design; she is a prolific designer and creator of bespoke jewellery.
