This cheese has a flavor quite reminiscent of Swiss cheese. However, there are no holes—sorry!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened nondairy yogurt (preferably homemade)
  • ½ cup raw cashews

Method

  1. Process the ingredients.
