- Mash the farmer cheese with a fork, or run through a meat grinder.
- Mix the cheese with egg yolks, sugar, and add vanilla sugar to taste. You can just use the cheese as filling or mix in some fresh chopped fruit.
- Fill each pierogi with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese filling, place in a pot of boiling water, and cook until the pierogies float to the top.
