There is nothing fancy here, just a good honey mustard sauce that gets its kick from cayenne and black pepper. Use it in the honey mustard bacon or slathered on a BLT, the Bacon Bratwurst Burger, or just a simple ham sandwich.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld.
The glaze will keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
