What happens when you combine BarBacon’s Homemade Bread and Butter Pickles and BarBacon’s Fresno Chile Jam? You get this relish, which is great slathered over just about anything, especially the Sonoran Hot Dog.
In a large bowl, combine the jam and relish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. The relish will keep, tightly covered in the refrigerator, for up to 1 month.
