Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the yuzu and icing sugar together to ensure a uniform mixture. The glaze should be thick like the consistency of molasses. If it’s too thick, add more yuzu. If it’s thin and watery, add more confectioners’ sugar.
  2. Dip the donuts in the glaze right away, or lay plastic wrap directly on the surface to keep it from crystallizing.
