A lovely, gutsy salad without a trace of Marie Rose sauce... but it does contain a naughty spoonful of tomato ketchup!


  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced


Gently sauté the onion and peppers in the oil for 4 minutes. Add the scallops, prawns, cuttlefish and garlic, cook for a further 4 minutes, then season. Add the ketchup, crushed coriander seeds and lemon juice. Mix well, then remove from the heat. Cool and chill in the fridge.
