With the abundance of myrtle berries there exist many different recipes that use them. This one is a firm favourite with children, and can be found in many bistros and is easily repeated at home.
Place the flour in a bowl, whisk the egg and milk together and slowly mix into the flour, whisking to make a smooth batter. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
