Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Evenly spread the rosemary leaves over a dehydrator tray. Dehydrate at 35°C for 3 hours or until very dried (see tip).
  2. Place the leaves and salt in mortar. Pound with a pestle until the mixture becomes a fine powder.
  3. Use straightaway or keep in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 1 week.
