Ingredients

  • 2–4 rounded tablespoons medium oatmeal, toasted Double cream (sour cream, crème fraîche, yogurt, or crowdie may be used with the cream according to taste) to mix

Method

Put the meal into the bowl, add the cream and leave to thicken for about 2 hours. (Alternatively, it can be mixed and eaten at once.) Flavour with whisky and honey, and sprinkle soft fruit on top or mix through.
