Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Cream (optional); ¼ cup (60 ml) Marinara Sauce; 1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust; ¼ small zucchini, very thinly sliced into half-moons; ¼ cup (30 g) shredded mozzarella cheese; 3 tablespoons very thinly sliced white onion; 1 small white mushroom, very thinly sliced; Extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray; ¼ cup (20 g) very small broccoli florets; ⅛ teaspoon flaky sea salt; dried garlic flakes (optional); Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

In the early days of Cali’flour Foods, I would always have a stir-fry pizza on offer at the Chico Farmers’ Market. Customers couldn’t get enough of them. This take on my stir-fry calls for super-thin veggies that cook right into the pizza, so no actual stir-frying is required for this super-fast pizza. Feel free to swap in other veggies from your farmers’ market or garden.
