This zesty combination of beer, clam-tomato juice, and spices is a must with Tacos Campechanos, like those found at Taquería Villamelon at the bullring in the Distrito Federal in Mexico City.
Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice. Pour the Clamato juice over the ice and add the beer. Stir in the salt, pepper, celery salt, Maggi and Valentina sauces, and Rose’s lime juice. Squeeze one lime wedge over the drink and garnish the glass with the other lime wedge. Enjoy!
