  • cups roughly chopped watermelon
  • 6 (-inch-thick) slices seedless cucumber

Method

  1. Combine the watermelon, cucumber, and mint leaves in a food mill or in a colander and set over a medium bowl. Process the mixture through the food mill or press firmly on the solids with a muddler or wooden spoon until mashed.
  2. Pour the fruit juice into a shaker. Add the tequila, lime juice, Simple Syrup, and orange liqueur, and 1 cup of ice. Top with the shaker
