This is one of my favourites and the sort of food I’d feed to my Rasta friends. It’s completely ital and, if you’re wondering what that is, ‘ital’ comes from ‘vital’, or natural. Make it as hot or mild as you like and change the vegetables according to the time of year. But keep it as pure as possible; I like it with no fat (though sometimes butter’s hard to resist) or onions.
