Ingredients

  • 500 ml (18 fl oz) white rum
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed with the side of a knife

Method

  • Mix everything together and leave it to steep overnight.
  • We don’t usually strain this – just leave the bits in but avoid them – but you can strain it if you prefer.
