Ingredients

  • 200 g milk
  • 200 g water
  • 300 g

Method

Place the milk, water, Cheddar, eggs and agar agar in a Thermomix and blend at 90°C on high speed for 10 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool: the mixture should resemble over-cooked scrambled eggs, and it will go quite stiff as it cools.

Re-blend in the Thermomix on high speed, adding salt and lemon juice to taste. Add a small amount of warm water if the custard is too thick or do
