Smoothie bowls are very on trend these days and their power-packed goodness will help put some pep in your step. The blended fruit is topped with soaked chia seeds – these tiny seeds are loaded with nutrients including protein, fibre and antioxidants. This is spot-on delicious and looks so professional, too.
