There’s so much to love about these – they’re simply fun in a bun – and they’re just like the ones you get at that fast-food restaurant except made well! You can buy ready-made English muffins if you like, but if you have a bit of time give my recipe a go, as the home-made version will really take things to the next level.


  • 4 pork sausages, 80–100 g (2¾–3½ oz) each

  1. Cut out four 8 cm ( in) squares of baking paper. Place one square of paper flat on a work surface and put a 7.5
