Pandan Soup

Ingredients

  • Pandan leaves 12, cut into short lengths
  • Water 1.5 litres (46 fl oz / 6 cups) water
  • White rock sugar 60 g (2ΒΌ oz), crushed

Method

  1. Combine pandan leaves, water and rock sugar in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer gently for 10–15 minutes. Strain and adjust sweetness to taste.
