This delicious combination of warm fava beans mixed with fresh garlic and lemon juice is traditionally offered at breakfast, brunch, or with mezza finger foods. Lemon and garlic seem to draw the deep flavor out of the beans. Adjust the garlic, lemon, and salt to your taste.
