Cook’s Tip: Some tart apples sliced and fried in butter, served with the black and white puddings, are an alternative to bacon and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices black pudding
  • 4 slices white pudding
  • 4 rashers

Method

Grilling

Heat the grill to a medium heat. Remove casing from puddings. Grill the black and white puddings on either side for two to three minutes depending on thickness. Remove and keep warm. Grill the bacon till crisp.
