Ingredients

  • 225 g/8 oz dried or fresh egg noodles

Method

  1. If you are using dried noodles, cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain, then cool in cold water. If you are using fresh noodles, blanch for 3-5 minutes in a large pan of boiling water, then immerse in cold water until needed.
  2. Place the stock in a pan and bring to simmering point. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the noodles, and simmer for 5 minu
