This is a great recipe for using leftover nuts. It’s great with one type of nut, but it’s just as good with a mixed bag of chopped nuts. This recipe comes from Patsye Hardin of Dallas, Texas.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons

Method

  1. Set a rack in the middle level of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and pour it into the baking pan. Tilt the pan so the butter coats the sides, too. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together th
