Ingredients

4 lamb chops (loin or rib, 1 ″ thick)
¼ c. salad oil

Starter

Method

Place chops flat in glass baking dish or pan.
Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley.
Mash garlic or put through press; add with onion to marinade.
Pour marinade over chops; chill at least 3 hours. Turn once or twice.
Set oven regulator for broil. Preheat broiler 10 minutes, or as range manufacturer directs. Arr
