Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the lemon in a saucepan. Add the juice of the lemon. Cut the lemon into quarters and add it.
- Heat thoroughly without boiling.
- Use the sauce to baste chicken, fish, spareribs, and so on as they are grilled.
