Ingredients

  • 8 g (1 tablespoon) white poppy seeds
  • 30 ml strained lemon juice

Method

  1. Heat the poppy seeds and lemon juice in a small heavy-based saucepan over low heat until all the juice is absorbed, watching care-fully to prevent burning. Stir in the peach puree, then transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic film and refrigerate until required.
