How You Do It

Peel the spuds and cut them into small cubes, then chuck into a saucepan of water and bring to the boil. Meanwhile, prep your ingredients for the coating. Put the plain flour and cornflour in a bowl and add a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Crack the egg into another bowl and beat.
