A little bit of hot, a little bit of sweet, this beaut has it all.
First, make the sauce. Stir the baconnaise and chilli flakes together until everything is mixed well. Add more sauce, seasoning or whatever you want to get the taste right for you.
Reheat the pan you used to cook the bacon for the baconnaise and toast your bun cut side down in the fat, giving it a nice golden brown colour. When done to your liking, set aside but
