Yeah, I know right: them things we like when we’re stumbling home from a night out, then you wake up the morning after, see the wrappers on the floor and ask yourself why… Well, here’s an awesome burger version using the seasoning they put in kebab shop doner meat.
Put the mince in a bowl, add the doner meat seasoning and mix up well, then shape the mix into your burger patty or patties and leave to one side.
Prep the slaw, mayo and chilli sauce if you want to make your own or get the jars/bottles out. Toast the bun, either by grilling it or placing cut side down in a hot frying pan.
