Pinch your kid’s school dinner crisps and use them for something a bit more grown up. Grab a tub of crispy onions from the supermarket if you don’t fancy making your own.
First, sort the crispy onions. Get the sliced onion in a bowl and pour over the hot sauce, mix well and then slam in the fridge for 20 minutes or so.
Grab another bowl and pour in the flour, salt, pepper and garlic granules, mixing well. Get the oil in a pan and get it hot. Drop the onions into the flour and make sure they’re coated before putting them into the o
