You Need

  • 10-12 thick rashers of bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
  • 2 medium-large crusty rolls

How You Do It

First off, get the oven on at about 200°c. Prep the bacon by twisting it lengthways, holding one side down and using the other hand to twist it up. Lay the bacon on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and whack it in the hot oven, turning occasionally until it’s all crisp on the outside.
