Who discovered bread? I mean, it’s like the person who discovered honey by sitting staring at a bee’s nest and had that lightbulb moment of “there’s something bloody nice in there, I know it.” Someone must have been staring at grains and thought “if I grind this up, it’s gonna turn into something I can use to make an endless possibility of food with…” Well, whoever it was gave us a never-ending treat that we can use to make all manner of filthy grub.
