Ingredients: 2 slices of smoked ham; 1 large ball of good quality mozzarella; Handful of grated red cheese; Handful of pulled ham hock; 4-5 slices of pastrami; 1½-2 tbsp red pesto; Butter for spreading; 1½-2 tbsp green pesto; 2 thick self-cut slices of crusty bread

2 thick self-cut slices of crusty bread
Butter for spreading
1½-2 tbsp green pesto

Method

How You Do It

Heat up the oven to about 220°c. Spread the slices of bread with butter on one side and pesto on the other. Place both slices butter side down so the pesto is facing up.

For the filling, slice the mozzarella and layer it on what will be the top slice of bread. Sprinkle some of the grated red cheese on top, then slap all the meat on the other slice. Sandwich the t
