How You Do It

Mix the breadcrumbs with the salt n pepper in one bowl. Crack the egg into a second bowl and beat, then put the flour in a third bowl. Dunk the chicken in this order: flour, egg, flour again, egg again, and then the seasoned breadcrumbs. Ensure the chicken is completely coated.
