  • 1 sheet of ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
  • 3-4 slices of black pudding
  • Knob

Method

How You Do It

Get the pastry out the fridge and cut to size for the tops and bottoms of the pies, then line the pie maker or moulds. Fry off the black pudding in a big pan, then put to one side. On a high heat, add the butter and get the pan really hot, then cook the steak to medium or medium rare. Season with salt and pepper, add the fresh or dried thyme and baste with the butter unt
